Young Workers

Young Workers 35 years and under identify young workers’ issues and rights in the workplace, build and strengthen the relationship and involvement of young workers with the PSAC and build understanding of our common issues as workers, regardless of age or employment status. These committees are established in accordance with Section 15 of the PSAC Constitution which enables the establishment of regional equity committees representing any of the four equity groups, or human rights committees, representing all of the four equity groups.
