PUBLIC SECTOR WORKERS ORGANIZE THEIR 17th CONSECUTIVE AND FINAL RALLY

ST. JOHN’S, NL –Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) National President Robyn Benson will join PSAC members to rally participation in the general federal election.

“The outcome of this election will have a profound impact on the future of public services in Canada and on the future wellbeing of PSAC members.  That’s why we are doing everything we can to rally our members and get information into their hands about the damage done to public services by the Harper Conservatives..  This will be the last of monthly events we’ve organized since May 2014” said Benson.

Since May 19, 2014, PSAC locals have organized more than 130 activities in the Atlantic including a flash mob, tree planting ceremony and fundraising to support local communities.
