Halifax Labour Day March & Picnic

Monday September 7th was a beautiful day as 20 PSAC members and staff joined in the Halifax Labour Day March & Picnic.  The march started at Victoria Park after listening to several rousing speeches and the Labour sounds of SOLIDARIGLEE and then marched to the South Commons for a free BBQ, face painting, balloon animals by our own Milo the Clown (UNDE 80407), and the musical unionized sounds of Joe Murphy.
The weather was amazing, the crowd was great and the food was plentiful.  Congratulations to Br Peter Robere of UNDE local 80407 who won $100 worth of PSAC swag from Cavan for wearing his union colors.  Please join us next year on September 5th, 2016.
