Although this is a non-election year there are a few positions that are vacant and we will be looking for members to step up in those roles.  This is also the meeting where the Area Council plans their activities for the year.

Please note the acoustics in the meeting room are not conductive to a hybrid meeting, however we do not wish for there to be any barriers and will provide teams coordinates on request.   PSAC is in progress to having the acoustic issue resolved.
 
Please RSVP by January 17^th so we can have an accurate count for refreshments – please advise if you have any dietary restrictions or needs.
