Palestine 101 & What Workers Can Do is a one-hour educational session developed by Labour for Palestine – Canada. It offers an overview and history of Palestine’s struggle for freedom and Israel’s apartheid system, highlighting the impact on Palestinian people. This session emphasizes the challenges faced by Palestinian workers and examines Canada’s political and economic involvement and complicity in the ongoing crisis. Participants will deepen their understanding of why this is a critical issue for the Canadian labour movement and explore ways workers can take action and engage their unions and communities to support the people of Palestine in their struggle for liberation.
