DASC (Dartmouth Adult Services Centre) – Local 80023 Ratification Vote

Your bargaining team has arrived at a tentative agreement with the employer. Details of the agreement can be found here.

Members of PSAC Local 80023 are now entitled to vote on whether to accept the terms of the tentative agreement.

In accordance with the PSAC Constitution, members must attend a mandatory information session prior to casting a ballot.

The information session will take place in person on Wednesday, June 19 at 4:15pm in the DASC training room.

Please note the following important information;

• Only PSAC members in good standing (MIGS) are entitled to vote in this process.
  • If you are not a MIGS, you will have the opportunity sign a PSAC membership card at the session which will allow you to receive a ballot and participate.
• The information session will begin promptly at 4:15.
  • Latecomers will not be admitted. Please arrive on time.
• The mandatory information session will take approximately 20 minutes. After the mandatory portion of the meeting, members may cast their ballot and leave.
• There will be an optional Q&A with the bargaining team after the mandatory portion of the meeting ends so you can ask questions prior to making your decision.
• Proxy votes are not allowed. Members must be present at the info session to have their vote counted.
