As we approach the end of 2023, I would like to extend warm holiday greetings to our PSAC Atlantic family throughout the region.
Please join me in taking immense pride in the achievements of PSAC Atlantic’s 30,000 members over the past year.
Our members continue to play a crucial role in sustaining our communities. Despite facing adversity, members region wide have demonstrated resilience in advocating for fairness, both at the bargaining table and on picket lines.
Our fight for better wages, fairer collective agreements, and our collective action has led to better working conditions not only for us, but for all workers across Canada. Public services and the dedicated workers who deliver them, are the backbone of this country and rest assured that in 2024, we will persist in our efforts to fortify and expand our public services, ensuring that no one is left behind.
In the spirit of peace and solidarity, I extend my best wishes for the holiday season and the upcoming year. I appreciate your hard work, activism, and unwavering commitment.
