NL – Strolling Strong for Childcare November 30, 12:00 PM

12 noon -

Corner Brook

The Rocky Harbour Regional Women’s Committee in conjunction with the Western NL Area Council and Western NL Young Workers Committee will be having their annual “Strolling Strong for Child Care” march/ stroll at noon on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022 starting from the Tim Horton’s on Mount Bernard Avenue in Corner Brook.

Joining us this year will be Kelly Codner, NL rep. with the CLC! This is the National Day of Action for Child Care and we will be marching for affordable, quality, and inclusive child care for all. We invite anyone in the Corner Brook area and beyond to come out and join us. We also put out the challenge to all the Women’s Committees, Area Councils, Young Workers Committees and any other Committees across NL and the Atlantic to have their own Strolling Strong or to be involved in any events recognizing this National Day of Action for Child Care.
