Nova Scotia – Advanced Duty to Accommodate

This course will help members to develop a broader capacity for effective representation on the issue of duty to accommodate for members with disabilities. Applicants should be union representatives who have had some training and exposure to issues related to duty to accommodate.

It is preferable that applicants have also previously taken the Introduction to Duty to Accommodate course and/or the Grievance Handling course.
