NB - Awareness on the safe drinking water crisis

Members of the PSAC Greater Moncton Human Rights committee along with the National Indigenous People Circle Male Representative and Atlantic Region Aboriginal Director on the PSAC Atlantic Regional Council, Joey Dunphy were present at the Moncton Farmer’s Market on July 6th, 2019 to bring awareness to the general public on the issue of safe drinking water for First Nation communities in Canada.  There are still 125 Aboriginal communities that are currently under boil-water advisories. Some have been for years. 
Members were asking members of the public to sign letters to the federal government officials to take action on this unacceptable water crisis.  For pictures, click on :
