  • Building on Our Bargaining Knowledge

  • The PEI Young Workers’ Committee is for PSAC members who are 35 and under. The goal is to seek, recruit, engage, mobilize, and retain young workers. The committee exists to help educate young workers about the PSAC and the labour movement and raise awareness about and help address young workers’ workplace issues (ageism, work-life balance, etc.)

  • You are a new PSAC member or have been a member for some time and never took the time to know much about your Union or the benefits of being in a unionize workplace?

You have questions about your Union and would be interested to understand why you are paying union dues where the money goes and how it is used?  You don’t necessarily have intentions to become involved in your local but would appreciate knowing a bit more on how your Union works?

  • This course provides new PSAC Shop Stewards with essential basics for grievance handling and effective stewarding.
